OBS Video Lag

This problem just started last week. The video and the scrolling stops/freezes. It is as if the entire program stops for about 10 seconds and then plays catch up. I have included a couple of log files and a screen shot of my device specifications and windows specifications. I am mainly using OBS as a virtual cam for Google Meet. I am a high school teacher and use it mainly for the overlay features, and being able to capture a window or display. I have also included a screen capture of what my screen looks when I am teaching. Any help would be great. The IT department here at school thinks it maybe a cache problem. As I mentioned, it is just the video. The sound, which is captured by a usb microphone and fed through the system itself out to Google Meet, not through OBS, doesn't lag. For me that points to the fact that something in OBS is not quite right. I had IT uninstall OBS and the old virtual cam plugin and then reinstall the newly updated version of OBS, and I am still experiencing the lag/freeze. I have also adjusted the video resolution down to 720 since that is all Meet can handle. But my desktop/workspace in OBS is still at 1920.

Thanks in advance for any help or advice

Thank you for your reply. I am still a OBS Novice, so I am not quite sure about what you were referring to when you said "standard" and "quick sync". I understand the CoreAudio Acc encoder. I will request that from IT.

I updated Windows, and OBS and ran it as an administrator, and still had it lag. I haven't yet gotten the CoreAudio Encoder.
