OBS very slow after update

Hey,
I opened OBS today and there was an update alert, I updated the program.
After the update I had the whoops OBS has crashed issue.
Tried several things that didn't work, then went to device manager and disabled the display adapter: Intel (R) UHD Graphics 630.
Now OBS works but it is very slow, even without streaming.
For example changing the width of the webcam has lag on screen.
It worked ok before update, now it is unusable.

Instead of disabling you Intel GPU, update the drivers for it.

I tried that from the windows menu it says its updated, I disabled the Nvidia one and now obs runs at normal speed, but when I tried recording I got an error so I switched the Nvidia one back on so I can record, but it is back to being slow...

Don't trust Windows, get them from intel.com.
