Here is my log file from last night's stream. Prior to using OBS VCE, I was streaming at 1080p downscaled to 720p. since my CPU needs an upgrading, i thought VCE would allow me to put the bulk of the stream load on the GPU and I could stream at 1080p with better performance. I did stream at 1080p not downscaled, and I had a performance increase, but when i look at the stream video from twitch it actually looks crappy! I don't know what it is... I had the VCE settings set to best quality.
