There's no option now in the Tools menu to enable NDI output. Is it somewhere else - I can't find it.
OBS V28 what's happened to NDI ?

I have reinstalled OBS-NDI-4.9.0 (most recent I can find) but still no menu option

NDI 4.x no longer works in OBS 28.
I can download preview builds of the obs-ndi plugin that work with NDI 5 at https://github.com/Palakis/obs-ndi/actions/runs/2977380826

Actually, didn't they just push an update recently for NDI 4.X to work in OBS version 28? https://github.com/dev47apps/obs-ndi/releases

Yeah just tested and it works for me. I'm using Windows though I should say.

This thread is in Mac Support. Your link is windows only (and also isn't by the original obs-ndi dev, for whatever that's worth).
The artifacts I linked above work on Mac and I think represent the progress of the original dev who's working on releasing an update for OBS 28. I tried them on my Mac Studio earlier today and they seemed to work pretty well.
