OBS v26 captures a "default" super small mouse cursor on window capture, but not on screen capture

I use an enlarged mouse cursor with a green color (windows 10 mouse settings) to enable my viewers to see what I am doing with my mouse better.
With window capture (foxit pdf viewer application as well as microsoft whiteboard) a super small "default", white mouse cursor shows.
However if I use screen capture, my green, enlarged cursor shows fine.
In OBS v25 both window capture and screen capture behaved correctly.
