Question / Help OBS using too much CPU/always asking to update/32bit vs 64bit issues!?

Hello everyone, I know there is another thread where it explains why OBS uses that much CPU and yes, I did read it but this problem started happening recently.

I have been streaming 720p60fps for months now and I never had any problems at all, until a couple days ago. OBS keeps warning me about High CPU usage, consider lowering/decreasing quality. The stream then starts to lag every 2-3 seconds which leaves it pretty much "unwatchable"(if that's even a word)I don't get it! I am using the same exact PC, with the same exact settings just for the part where I added an AverMedia Live Gamer HD capture card(currently 1 PC setup).

Also another issue I started having is that whenever I open the 64bit version of OBS it always keeps saying there are new updates:
OBS Software (0.654b), <Currently using this version, doesn't make sense to update to it again!
Directshow Plugin,
Game Capture Plugin,
Noise Gate plugin,
Per-Scene Volume Plugin,
Scene switcher Plugin,
and if I want to download them, when I click yes it simply tells me "All available updates are already installed".
This happens everytime I open the 64 bit version but 32 bit works just fine, except for that high CPU usage problem.

One last thing I wanna add is that when I tried adding the CLRBrowser plugin from twitch alerts for both 32bit and 64bit, it only works with 32bit versions. I did copy the 64bit files to the 64bit version of OBS but somehow I cannot add the CLR Browser while using the 64bit, so I opened the 32 bit version, added it and it worked as expected. I then opened the 64bit version of OBS and I could see the CLR Browser there...I just dont get it!

I know this is a lot and I am not expecting to fix everything all at once, so even help on only one of these problems will be appreciated.

Judging by the error thrown by the clr host plugin you are using 32-bit clr browser on 64-bit OBS.

I downloaded the fliles from OBS plugins and put them in their respective folder...I mean it clearly is labeled 32bit and 64bit each...I don't understand.

Try removing the CLRHostplugin.dll and the CLRHostplugin folder and copying everything from the 64bit again to c:\Program Files\OBS\plugins
