OBS using 40-60% GPU since 30.0.0

So since i have updated my OBS at idle (no buffer, record or stream on) OBS uses about 7% gpu. The moment i even turn on just the 60 sec replay buffer it goes to 20-35% GPU usage. When i join into a game it then moves up to 40-60% GPU usage just for OBS only. (Maxing out my gpu 80-100% overall) OBS gets really choppy and laggy stream drops frames. you cant even watch the screen its so bad.

But only OBS stutters and lags the game im playing has no issues 120fps at 4k and no lag or delay at all

12/4/2023 - https://obsproject.com/logs/0X5UPPvwGXMQHVsB 55% GPU usage just for OBS.

I have uninstalled reinstalled
I have opened a new profile and just added capture only (Game, window and display) all having same issues.
GPU updated.
Windows all updated (Windows 10)

I have been racking my head on it for a few days now, could not find any other issues matching mine.
Uploaded the log as well as the analyze file .

Log-file is not full (after you quit OBS metrics will be written to the log), so it is hard to tell what is going wrong.
Also, you may install previous version of OBS and compare full logs of both (v30.0.0 and v29.1.3).

I have an identical problem. I turned on OBS after a few days and my GPU usage is 15-20% without streaming enabled and 50-70% with streaming enabled. I haven't installed anything since the last broadcast. If I remember correctly, previously the consumption was at the level of several percent. I will try to install an older version.
