Hi,

I am a dj and use OBS Studio for streaming. I use a few overlays, like the streamelements kapapgen overlay and Triggerfyre (playing a mpg). Both browser overlays. Always worked fine. Till I got a Windows update. Kappagen overlay works, sometimes. Triggerfyre give me one or two frames, than nothing.

I updated to Windows 10, version 20H2 (19042.928)
I have a Dell laptop, Lattitude E5570.
I have 1 GPU, Intel HD Graphics 520

The uploaded log:

The errors:
- Wrong GPU for OBS
- Browser not accelerated

Theres errors where not here before the Windows update.
It is not using my GPU like it did before.
And I do not have 2 GPU in this laptop, like it is telling me in the log analysis

Things I tried:
Wiki - Laptop Troubleshooting | OBS (obsproject.com)

I added both, obs-browser-page.exe and obs64.exe, to graphic performance settings, on high.
I try to enable or disable the browser hardware accelatation in OBS.
Makes no difference.

So stuck here a little.
Any more suggestions to check?
Can't roll back the update unfortually. It is forced by my work company.
Some printscreens attached.

Well. I looked in Windows Device Manager. Under display adapter. There are 2. There is an extra for Citrix Indirect Display Adapter, next to my intel HD graphics 520. I disbled the Citrix one, and damm, the overlays starting to work again. An the dritical issues are gone.

So solved!
