Hi, I have been having issues recently while streaming where at what seems to be random periods of time my upload speed on OBS drops down to 0/very low and causes the stream the disconnect. When these drops occur the internet seems fine, speed tests show normal speed, i'm still connected to the internet on my computer, and nobody else in my house experiences any issues. I have tried all the usual fixes and settings I could find but I appear to have hit a dead end.
As for when this happens it appears to be very inconsistent. Sometimes I can stream for an hour or 2 before getting cut off, and sometimes I cannot even get the stream off the ground.
Streaming info:
- Windows 10 using OBS original (however I have tried multi platform as well)
- My speed test results are around 130 Mbps down and 11 Mbps up
- I usually stream at 2500kb/s
- I stream using Ethernet
- The site I usually stream to is Kamcord, but I have also streamed to twitch and had the same results
Information I have found so far:
-I have tried streaming to multiple sites and different servers and I get this issue with all of them
-I have tried streaming with both the windows version, and multi platform version of obs and get the same result
-I have tried lowering the streaming bitrate, and it seems to to have any effect
-All my drivers are up to date
-I have called my ISP to see if anything is strange on their end and the found nothing out of the ordinary and they assured me that they do not do any throttling
Here are some example logs:

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated and if you have any questions I will be glad to answer them. Thanks a lot :)
