You need to contact Streamdeck support. Their plugin must be updated.

previously the elgao plugin for streamdeck installed something to OBS aswell but that isnt happening now and no matter how many times i restart obs or streamdeck or in what order im left withou a streamdeck.....

NDI is something completely unrelated. for sending audio/video over network... elgato plugin was based on websockets for sending commands to OBS

StreamDeck does not use the NDI plugin.

OBS 28 requires that all plugins be updated to use Qt6. Elgato has an updated version of their SD receiver plugin available, but it does not install automatically. Elgato has instructions on how to install the new v28-compliant version on their website.
