So I finally upgraded my system to be able to stream. And earlier I updated my OBS to the latest update then right after it starts doing this http://gyazo.com/6b499aa9d66d31cdd0bda2c8bbf4fe8a It ONLY does this when I open OBS. It's a little irritating and I don't know how to fix it. Can someone link a old download or tell me how to fix it? I get these messed up squares all around my screen.

EVGA GTX 750ti
No it's not the video card as it worked amazing on my previous build and worked perfectly before I updated OBS. Idk what's going on HELP PLEASE!
