This is a newer problem that developed within the last month and I cannot figure out what is going on. Basically, at random intervals from what I can tell, I can start stream and either I will have a stable bitrate and not be dropping frames or I will be drop dozens of frames constantly due to unstable bitrate from the start of the stream till my needing to stop it. Just today I have tried around 8 stream starts and they are all problematic so far. The upload in speed tests are unchanged, same ISP/setup and I have streamed many many hundreds of times without this issue before. I am not sure if it possibly came with the not the last OBS update but the one before that maybe? If anyone has any ideas. I would love to hear them, thank you!
