Question / Help OBS (Twitch) Stream Set-Up: Astro A50, Elgato HD60, Blue Snowball iCE and PS4

I cannot seem to figure out a setup that will provide my stream (using OBS) with party chat and game audio and/or audio coming through my headset. I would really like it so my stream can hear party chat, my voice and game audio while I can still here party/game audio. I cannot seem to get all these to work at the same time.

My set up:
PS4
Elgato HD60
Astro A50
Blue Snowball iCE Microphone
Computer w/ Windows 8

Right now, I have:
Elgato: HDMI IN from PS4, HDMI OUT to gaming monitor, USB OUT to computer.
Astro A50: Optical IN from PS4, USB (power/voice) to PS4
Blue Snowball: USB to computer
PS4: Audio In/Out is ASTRO A50 (HDCP disabled)

With this set up, I cannot hear game audio in the stream.

What is a set up that will work?

Im with you on this audio stuff. I am trying to stream from laptop with audio coming from gaming rig but cant figure it out. I know you can use voicemeeter to "push" the audio to my laptop but i couldnt figure out the MIC and stuff. I hope someone can help us out here.
