So I have a custom built rig with an i5 4690k clocked at 3.5ghz, paired with a Strix GTX 970, and 16gb of g.skill ram on a z97 motherboard with corsair liquid cooling. Runs games amazingly. You would think that with amazing internet as well and a good bandwith connection to the Portland twitch server as thats where I live would let my stream at least run 720p30fps. Ive tried so many different settings. NVENC & X.264. Im just out of ideas at this point. If anyone has/had the same issues please help me out! It'd be very much appreciated. Thanks!
