OBS to YouTube

Tonight I thought I’d live stream to YouTube using OBS instead of going live from YouTube itself, the problem I’m getting is that my OBS stream is showing on YouTube but it’s really laggy, if I say or do something in my OBS stream there is a delay in it on YouTube, i want my voice and movement to be in sync is there a way to better this?

Best Wishes,
Karl

Please restart OBS and perform a test stream of at least 30 seconds doing as you normally do, including playing games, full camera or whatever you normally do.
Now look inside Help menu. Upload the current log file and paste the url to the log in here. Click on the Analize button to start troubleshooting common issues.

You didn't restarted OBS after using the Auto-configuration Wizard. Restart the PC just to make sure everythign is set correctly.
Your CPU may not be enough for what you intend to.
A 4k monitor on this GPU is kind of killing it for streaming + any game/3d app.
Your network adapter is working at 100Mbsp intead of 1000Mbps. Check if the network cable is at least cat6. If it is cat6, then look in the adapter parameters to force full gigabyte duplex. Consult the manual of the adapter or support site of the vendor of it on how to achive this.

Realize you're limited by the hardware you have.

I only use OBS and YouTube just to live stream my Animaze character I don’t play games on it.
