OBS Tiny LIte 2 Over USB PTZ Control with OBS Studio

The camera works and has ptz control when i use obs center but with obs studio i cant seem to get the ptz plug in to work. The plugin is installed but i think the issue is with the ip address as default it doesnt give amn ip address. So i bind the ip address to a local address and im still getting the same thing. Can someone point me in the correct direction of what im doing wrong. Thanks

I try few of them and do not figure out how to set preset per scene selection! All is IP or not foudn the right command! So interrested to know how to manage and control that USB PTZ camera over OBS

I try to use the move-transition-3.1.1-windows but not find how to play with the preset from the OBSBot Center! Any one have some clue for us here?
