Obs throws an error and closes.

Sorry my English.
Since the expiration of the ssl certificate on September 30, I have had problems to capture the signal with the obs.
I have updated my operating system (win 10 21h1) and all programs including obs studio (27.1.3).
I can already capture the signal but the obs at the time of opening it throws an error and closes, I attach this message.
I have the same problem on all computers where I capture my signal because I broadcast on multiple platforms.
what can I do?

We need the crash log-file that the error window is showing to be able to see why OBS is crashing. Just attach the text file to your forum post by drag-and-dropping it on to the response box, and we can take a look.
