So i have a problem with OBS settings(i am beginner with OBS) i would like to stream World of Warcraft on twitch but my quality of video is terrible :(

My PC config :
Intel core i7-4770 3,40ghz, evga geforce gtx 970, 16gb ram, Windows 7 Pro
Internet : 100/6 upload, here is the speed test screen : http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/5778833663
Can any1 help me ?:( i tried with both codecs x264 and with Nvidia one and on 2500/3500 bitrate
