OBS+Terraria cause system interruption usign 100% CPU usage

Ok what happened is that I'm streaming on twitch terraria and then the gameplays start to slow down a lot. Windows system interruptions use 100% CPU shut down my stream and my computer runs at 1FPS... And it is only with terraria and OBS this is a recent treat it didn't happened before I dont know y yall need more information about.
I attached some of the backgrounds programs that I have open for streaming and so. (I also have streaming avatyars. streamer.bot and twitch speaker and VSeedace open)

It looks like you are trying to stream with "CRF", which is definitely a bad idea. It will use too much bitrate. EDIT: ignore this, I didn't read the logfile right.

You might want to change the encoder to "NVENC (new)" and use CBR as the ratecontrol method. That should help lowering the CPU usage a good amount.
