OBS Tanking Upload Speed.

Ive been having problems with my internet going out but we narrowed it down to it only ever goes down when im streaming. its making me think maybe im maxing out my upload speed and its causing my modem to turn off. Is there a way to cap my upload to speed? I don't wanna lose any quality but I am losing internet within 30 minutes of my stream.

no free lunches
lowering your streaming bitrate (upload bandwidth) will lower quality... by definition. Now, whether such a change is material/discernable or a problem would be something you have to determine for yourself.
