OBS TAKING FOREVER TO LOAD

This week OBS has decided to take really long to load (5min instead of 10-20 secs at max)
I've uninstalled and reinstalled OBS with only 1 scene saved. i off my computer for the day. when I turn it on and try to load OBS the next day its back to the same problem.

The delay happens while your ios camera plugin tries to connect to whatever.
