OBS takes control of keyboard media keys

Hi there, I'm using OBS 30.2.3, and I use MusicBee 3.5.8698 for background music. I have an old Dynex keyboard with media keys that stop talking to MusicBee (play/pause, stop, next track, and previous track buttons specifically) unless I click out of the OBS window. Is there a way to stop this behavior so that I always control my music player with the media keys? Thanks in advance.
