I had been using OBS to record for nearly a year now and my videos were smooth with no stutters or lags but suddenly out of nowhere all of my videos for the past two days have been extremely choppy with very low fps to the point of unwatchable, I have tried everything but the problem still persists. The log is below, I appreciate all the help.

Diasable HAGS, Enable Game Mode & change Color Range to Partial.

You're not lagging any frames but it appears you're writing to your OS drive (C). Try writing to another drive.

Try using a different media player if you don't see any improvement.

I ignored your driver version as I am still chuging along using 522.30 as it just works & there's no reason to fix what's not broken. What version did you roll back to?
