a few frames lost to encoding and bandwidth stall, could do some tweaking there in bios/network device maybe. You should run obs as administrator, other then that it all seems quite fine. You could maybe do an windows update tho, 1803 is somewhat stable now unless you have specific needs that prohibit you from "upgrading". 1803 initially broke a lot of stuff here, as a 0 day updater.

Hey bud, sorry for not replying for so long but I tried this and didn't work. I did go to the discord and received no support but rather hate for my PC setup so you're the first response that actually had some promise behind so I thank you for that!! But what it seems like now is that game capture is making it lag a bit. On my old PC it never did that, and I'm finding out through the forums that other people also seem to have this issue but they downgraded the quality of their stream to fix it. I know my PC can handle OBS outputting at at-least 720p 30fps.

Any other thoughts?

Edit: I also do know display and game capture don't work good together but that's not it. If I deleted display capture it still happens. And if you just temporarily disable display capture with game capture still there they'll both work fine together.
