OBS Stutters at around 45-60 minute Intervals when set to 60FPS regardless of settings.

Hey to all,

So long story short, I usually record things in 50FPS when using OBS, been doing so for years, so I never knew about this issue, because at 50FPS this issue doesn't exist.

Apparently OBS has a problem where it stutters (stuff like videos being recorded) if the Frame Rate capture is set as the same to my screen but it doesn't match correctly, because apparently my screen is not an exact 60FPS (it's something like 59.999453).
It will stutter at constantly intervals (depending on the first stutter of the video, which can be instant or 15 minutes later) and every 45 to 60 minutes it will stutter an entire section of the video for about 60 seconds.

I checked my Logs, naturally this is not a problem OBS detects, because technically it's not dropping frames (the screen output is being desynced in relation to the frame rate sync).

I recorded videos at 62 and 61FPS, and there were clearly stutters every second or so (I think more than 1 second for 62?), but they were constant, they didn't appear randomly at 45 or 60 minute intervals, they were constant throughout the video, and there wasn't a section of the video which just stuttered for 60 seconds.

I tried smaller numbers like like 60.00001 and 59.9999, neither one worked properly, and sometimes the stutters were so bad, they would last for several minutes.

At 50PAL (as mentioned) this issue doesn't exist at all since I'm not hitting my screens cap. I tried 59.94 and it stuttered every few minutes. 59 has the same problem of constant stutter missing frames (feels like every second something is missing).

Is there any solution to this issue? Would setting my PC Screen 59.94 with the GPU be the solution?
