Hello!
I am having this weird issue in OBS lately. I have been streaming for over a year now, and just recently I am getting stuttering in my Stream / Recording / Preview. The games run perfectly smooth and no issues or stuttering is seen. I have tested a heap of games and they all show the same result. Everything from Stardew Valley and Among Us to FFXIV and Elgato HDMI captures.
It happens no matter how complex my scene is as well. On both my full live setup with tons of sources and a new scene with only the gamecap source.
My settings are:
(Simple)
6000Kb/s
NVENC
Max Performance
Specs:
i7 9700 @3GHZ
RTX 2070 16GB
16GB Ram
Any ideas?
