OBS Stuttering (Not lagging)

All my OBS recordings stutter (not lag) constantly, even after multiple setting changes. There is nothing noticeable when I'm playing, but when I check the files it stutters. If anyone can help, that'd be greatly appreciated!

You have two WASAPI devices. Do you need both? If not, disable the appropriate under Options->Audio.
Proof if it/they better work with audio setting to 44100. Rethink to set the base resolution just to the value of the output: 1280x1080. What if to start with 1080p30 instead of 1080p60. Better than? Anything changed?

It would be helpful to know which settings you tried already.
