OBS Stuttering and Crashing - NDI Issues

Trying to use NDI to send gameplay and audio to a dedicated recording/streaming PC. It has worked before but for whatever reason now it stutters and will eventually crash. Not sure what exactly is going on and kind of at a loss as most attempts to get it working has not resulted in any different results.
