Question / Help OBS STUDIO WINDOW CAPTURE BLACK SCREEN

I have just recently downloaded OBS Studio on my HP Stream 11 Laptop. I have read thru all of the needed threads for this particular problem. I am wanting to use Window Captrue for livestreaming GTA V RP on Twitch but am unable to do so due to the Black screen issue for window capture. I am wanting some help with this ASAP. Thanks.

uhh reinstall obs and try again. Before you reinstall it however. Put administrator in obs and see if that works

Turns out I got the Windows version, 1803. Neither 1903 nor newer

I checked the Windows Specifications and it shows that I have Windows 10 Verison 1803. I've also changed the Graphics Card that OBS is running on to, High Performance
