Question / Help OBS Studio weird graphic glitch with Roxio Game Capture HD

So I've been trying to set up recording in OBS with my Roxio Game Capture Card HD and it seems to provide a weird graphic glitch or stutter. Here's a link to the video so you can see what it's doing, begins around the 0:50 second mark.

I am having the exact same issue with mine and was wondering how to fix it as well. Not at the house right now to upload a report on pc but this issue has plagued me for a while now.
