OBS Studio (v32 Flatpak) USB Video device capture problem

Hi. I've been using OBS Studio for a while now, both on Windows and Linux. Now I only have Ubuntu 24.04 with Gnome and Wayland. Also, I have an AMD CPU (Ryzen 7 5800X) and an AMD video card (6950 xt). I don't remember having much trouble using OBS until now, although it's true that I've been using it less due to lack of time. Today I was trying to capture an old videogame console using an hdmi to usb video capture device (first a Elgato HD60S, next a surprisingly competent Aliexpress hdmi to usb direct adapter). It's not my first time using these devices. The problem arised when tried to show the device in OBS (flatpak v32), with a black screen as a result. The ElGato external device was not detected at all (but I remember that was not the case some months ago). The Aliexpress usb WAS detected but, as I said, the only thing to see was a black screen, no image or sound. Tested with VLC and it worked flawlessly (with terrible framerate, but worked). So, after trying everything I could think of, I've given up. As a final idea, I uninstalled the flatpak and installed the snap version, and it worked perfectly.

I know this is not OBS's fault, but something is preventing the official flatpak version to work properly on Ubuntu when you're trying to import an usb capture device. I have flatseal installed and tried to modify permissions and plugins, but to no avail. My specs:

OS: Ubuntu 24.04.3 LTS
Kernel: 6.14.0-35-generic
Window system: Wayland
Gnome version: 46
