How can i make this?

Yes i have tested this befor but dont work on Studio :/

Only if someone has developed it for studio..... Failing that and if know one else has a better option then it would be to use classic until one is developed.

Discord although not TS has a built in overlay that does this without the need for an OBS plugin, though depends if you can swap to another VOIP platform.

You can't, because it's built in to Discord, not TS, as BeardedBob said.
