I see that you are using x64 on laptop and x86 by tablet. Maybe it deprecated only in x64?

Make a new thread with your audio 'glitching' feature (with logs etc.).

If you still have the old quicksync encoder selected it will keep showing. As soon as you change it to the new one and restart obs it will be gone.

Yes, I also noticed it too. I did try to run x86 version on my laptop as well, but nothing different.

I'm too lazy for a new thread, so I'll just say, I think since the CPU usage is 100%, i think OBS is just giving up and not getting enough processing power to process audio correctly or something.
