Hello, i recently just got a good internet connect (100mb upload), i wanted to return to streaming.
When i streamed one year ago, i could stream at 60fps 720p with nvec encoder with no lag or stutter but now i seem to have a lot of stutter while streaming. I already turnd down the bitrate, used 60fps and 30fps and tryed bot QuickSync and x264 encoders and always with the same resault. back then i had the same issue and i just installed windows 7, i was using windows 10.
Now im using windows 10 aswell and having the sam problem. Is this a windows 10 relative problem or is something else.

and https://www.twitch.tv/videos/160206229 this one is 30 fps nvec encoder as well
On twitch i had skiper frames but on obs i dont have dropped frames, th eonly things that happens is thta the fps go down to like 25 or less fps on obs
