Trying to setup or YouTube recording but ether get stuck on stopping recording or had extremely choppy video

I don't know what guide you followed, but adding opencl=true to your settings breaks things.

NEVER use opencl=true



Simple settings
Recording quality Indistinguishable
Encoding x264 low CPU
Format FLV

You are running OBS on your integrated GPU.
Via NVIDIA panel, run OBS on NVIDIA card.
Better performance.

You followed a guide that had you add opencl=true to your settings. Go back to everywhere you put that in and take it out.

Yeah I did that I Want to now how to change from running Integrated gpu to Nividia card
