OBS Studio Streaming Bandwidth Goes Bad The Moment I Open a Game (Even Though I was Streaming Perfectly Fine Before)

When I launch OBS Studio and Start Streaming the Icon is Green and the Stream is Fine. But the moment I launch any game the icon goes red and the bandwidth is terrible for some reason. I tried lowering the quality of the stream and everything but the same thing happens. I'm not sure if there is a way to limit the amount of bandwidth usage from a game or something.

If Anyone Can Help me I would really appreciate it.

My Laptop is a Lenovo Legion 5, Nvidia RTX 3060, AMD Radeon Graphics and AMD Ryzen 7 5000 Series.
