Question / Help OBS Studio - Stream "vibrates"

I just switched from OBS classic to studio due to some crashing issues with classic.

I tried to set up my stream, but it didn't quite work out as planned.
I'd like to state I barely have any idea what the settings actually do/mean, so I grabbed the info from other peoples setups.

I'd like to stream 60fps (if possible) on 720p.

This is a highlight from the problematic part.

Don't use mediafoundation encoders.

And you probably won't be able to stream at 60fps on your system.

Definitely do NOT do this.
 
It seemed to be better now, though I played a different game. I will check the other one some time.
