Hey guys,
So here is my problem right now. I was streaming Destiny 2 tonight and every 30 min to an hour the fps of the stream itself (the one that shows in the bottom of obs studio next to cpu usage) will drop to like .25 fps. Now I use the NVENC(New) encoder as you can see in the attatched log file, I also have all of my games i stream limited to 60fps. I keep task manager open all the time to monitor usage of cpu and gpu and neither were at max the highest the gpu got wat 87% or so. So i dont think its any issue with that, but the only way i can get the obs studio stream fps to go back to normal is to alt+tab out of destiny 2 which causes it to stop responding (i can alt+tab normally when obs is not having the fps issue) and once i close the destiny 2 task in task manager the stream fps goes back to normal. There is no dropped frames and my inter was stable the entire time. I tried to switch scenes as well and that didnt fix the issue when it started happening. I am so confused as to what this issue is. so any kind of help is appreciated
