Question / Help OBS Studio stops streaming after a while

I recently tested to stream OBS studio but it stops streaming after a few minutes which is pretty annoying.
I am using Nvenc(the nvidia encorder) 5000 bitrate and have a low cpu usage.
What is the problem here?
