I've tried to use window capture on Internet Explorer and Google Chrome and they are almost completely white for IE and black/gray for GC. And I tried turning off GPC/high acceleration which didn't work. I have a windows 8 upgraded to windows 10 and tried compability modes for all windows down to 7. I also use QuickSync H.264 as the encoder.

There is literally videos all over YouTube and even on the forum with similar incidents. Can you maybe try to help with the problem?
