OBS Studio Spiking 100% GPU

My GPU is spiking often at 100%, when on idle it is sitting at 60-80%? I have NVIDIA NVENC H.264 (new) enabled so it should be using the NVENC encoder right?

GPU is a 2080 Super.

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

Appreciate that! Also I checked the log file and there was an error on there for the windows Hardware accelerator (HAGS) so I have disabled that now and will test this out later!
