Bug Report OBS Studio shuts down PC on startup

I was playing Phantasy Star Online 2 when I started OBS Studio (64 bit version) from the start menu. I was wondering because the PSO2 window (borderless fullscreen if that makes a difference) was unfocused 2-3 times even though no other window got the focus and the OBS Studio Window did not appear.

After 30-60 seconds my PC suddenly started shutting down.
I am 100% sure I did not touch the shutdown option in the start menu, the link to OBS Studio is pinned to my start menu and a lot higher than the shutdown option so there is no risk of accidentally selecting one if I want to start the other.

I am using Windows 7 Home Premium.

It's not a function and it's not a feature either, it's a bug.
It's most likely not that OBS did it directly, but OBS caused windows to shutdown for whatever reason, maybe causing some issue.
I got the shutdown timer window however, it was not a bsod.

And at the time I was playing PSO2 and all my input was focused into it, it has absolutely no function to shutdown the pc.
I also have no other software on my pc that cna do this.
Afterwards I ran a virus and malware scan on my pc and I had none of either.

Edit: first this question, Did it show a restarting or shutting down message or similar message?
This might be the automatic update (change this to check-only in windows 7), or someone hitting the power button on computer, or running out of battery power, or some other third party program doing it.

The rest of this reply is if this is a sudden power cut off...

It might be PSU (power supply unit) overload, or it might be PSU / CPU / VRM / northbridge overheat shut off.
HWMonitor can check some temperatures. intelburntest can stress test CPU, Furmark can somewhat stress test graphics card.

Im not sure if this OBS forums might help much more then this, can look elsewhere in this internet search.
