OBS Studio Settings Help

Hi, I recently downloaded OBS Studios and I've had OBS before. I am having major issues setting up the settings for streaming so that i do not have a lag or huge delay. If anyone has suggestions on what my settings should be, that would be great!

Your CPU can't keep up, have you tried plugging details into the estimator:

Yes, It told me to lower my audio bit-rate to 128 and lower my encoder to the standard very fast. It doesn't seem to have worked tho. I also do not know what my bit-rate should be at. I ran tests at testmy.net

That CPU was released in 2008 and is borderline unsuitable for streaming. It isn't going to do a good job of real time 720p video encoding and running a game like TF2 at the same time. The GT610 is from 2012 but not much better. I wouldn't expect more than 360p or maaaybe 480p, with TF2's frame rate capped at 60 using vsync or the fps_max cvar.
