Question / Help OBS Studio running but wont OPEN

OK, So OBS is running but wont open at all, I was trying to set up Zoom tonight for multi-window capture on 2 seperate monitors and some how crashed obs or something went wrong! i tried uninstalling-reinstalling, deleting jonas files everything and i did all the trouble shooting from this forum: https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/obs-wont-open-process-is-running.47020/

but still nothing can anyone help me please? my stream will suffer and ive tried so much to get my obss to work and nothing....... PLEASE HELP!

The last thing I remember fixing this was deleting the global.ini file, to find this right click Start, choose Run, type %appdata% and then press return. Find the obs-studio folder and in there is a file called global.ini, I'd suggest you right click, rename and call it global.ini.old
