OBS Studio records in wrong frame rate

Hi, I've been having an issue where OBS recordings are outputting as 24fps files, despite having the software itself set to record at 60fps. I've had this with both a game (Minecraft) and a capture card (Elgato HD60 Pro). I'm baffled as to why this is happening and can't find any answers online. I've attatched 2 separate log files from different times today, one from when I recorded and the most recent one.

Taking a look in VLC it looks like the editing software might be the issue. VLC reports the frame rate as 60.0024

Both of those logfiles show recording at 60fps, so yep, looks like it's your editing software. :)
