Question / Help OBS Studio recording Caton problem (unbearable)

OBS Studio encoding, CPU usage is not as low as XBOX Game DVR
Using the I7 4770K CPU, OBS Studio encoding will still appear Caton phenomenon, but the replacement of software problems have been resolved
 
I think the low efficiency of OBS Studio streaming is because OBS Studio defaults to compress the encoded video
Because every time I record a video, the Game DVR (Windows 10 XBOX) recording video is larger than the video recorded by OBS Studio
And it seems that OBS Studio does not support recording DirectX 12 games, and when I record PAYDAY 2, recording FPS will affect my game FPS. These problems have never been met in Game DVR
