I have been using OBS STUDIO since it came out, and moved onto it from Classic. I have never had an issue with it before, until now. When I stream, OBS suddenly drops FPS and it appears choppy, sometimes dropping as low as 24fps. Weirder still, my viewers report a smooth 60fps, 1080p stream. I had never changed my settings - nor the game at the time - so I dont know why that happened all of a sudden. Ive tried tinkering about following guides and such, but, Im inept, and could really use some help. I appreciate any and all of your time.
