OBS Studio Overloaded while recording video!

Yeah,I'm planning to record on OBS since it is free and I tried recording with 60fps and the quality 1366x768 (no upscale nor downscale) but when I move in Roblox,OBS falls to recording overloaded and very laggy 60fps to 30 fps then to 9fps! I am trying record roblox and bandicam works good but it has very large file size, so I am planning to switch to OBS but Among Us is very smooth 60fps it is recording very smooth but for roblox please help me!

Set Color Range to Partial

Set your mic to 48k

Create another Scene & move Game Capture 2 to it

If you're still getting encoding lag after making the changes, you may have to try recording @ 30fps.
