Question / Help OBS Studio only record the first frame of the game

so basically obs studio only record the first frame of the game that i'm recording and then the video stops in that frame.
RAM : 8 GB
Intel Core i7-6700 3.40GHZ
GeForce GT730
These are my pc specs.
