Question / Help OBS Studio not starting streaming

So, I'm trying to stream and record while using OBS Studio (64-bit, windows). However, the stream is not starting even though I updated my video driver today. I have no idea what the issue may be. Any help ASAP will be appreciated. Attached is the log file.

It won't let me start recording either.

Set Profile level manually in AMF encoder settings, don't use auto. Auto sets it to an unsupported value when using AMF on a Vega card.
